Charon is the ferryman of hades who carries souls across the river styx into the afterlife. He was seen at the lobby of the hotel Elysium where he directed people to their particular destinations. He seemed humorless, tired and utterly bored with this job. Traditionally, a coin was places in the mouth of the deceased to pay the toll to Charon. In modern times, it seems that those who wish to be directed by Charon must sign their names in an enormous book. The book held the name of an enormous number of scions from the past and present.
Charon is not a god. Nor is Charon a titan or titanspawn. As such, he (as he commonly appears male) doesn't sire offspring. There are no scions of Charon. Lastly, Charon doesn't seem to want to or maybe he cannot speak. He typically points or hands cards to the patrons of hotel Elysium.
